ABOUT US
BUILDING WITH
INTENTION.
GT Construction provides residential construction services across new builds, extensions, granny flats and renovations.
We believe every project should begin with a clear understanding of the home, the people who live in it and what the space needs to achieve.
MORE SPACE
When your home no longer fits your needs, an extension can change how you use it.
A BETTER HOME
A renovation can rethink the spaces you already have.
NEW HOME
Start with a blank canvas and create a home around the way you want to live.
A SEPARATE SPACE
A granny flat can create additional residential space within your property.
Why choose us
We pay meticulous attention to every project.
From the first consultation to completion,
we focus on the goals your home needs to achieve.
CLEAR
COMMUNICATION
We believe good communication makes a better building experience. From the first conversation through to the finished build, we keep you informed and focused on what matters.
BUILT
AROUND YOU
Every project starts with different needs. We take the time to understand how you want to use your space and shape the build around what works for you.
ATTENTION
TO DETAIL
From the overall build to the details that bring a space together, we approach each project with care and attention throughout the construction process.
RESIDENTIAL
FOCUS
Our work is focused on residential construction — from new homes and extensions to granny flats and renovations — creating spaces designed to work for the people who live in them.
